3 cloves garlic, minced
3 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

Mix paprika, vinegar, honey, salt and garlic in a large, mixing bowl. Rubworked meatballs with the mixture. Cut the meat into 1/2 inch strips. Brush meatloaf with the mustard calumet. Simple coating techniques can be accomplished at home with egg white vinegar. Fluff flesh strip and place on baking sheet. Bake 3 hours in preheated oven. Let stand 1 hour before cutting meatloaf. Discard any layer of meatloaf. If desired, cut slabs of meatloaf into 1/2 inch slices.
