1 pound ground beef
1 onion, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (10 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked chicken
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cook the beef in a 9x13 inch baking dish in the oven 8 hours, or until well browned. Drain excess fat, and pour into a medium bowl.
Layer tomato sauce over the beef. Sprinkle on tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste, tomato paste. In a small bowl mix cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce; spread over the tomato sauce.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the beef mixture. Spread the ketchup over the tomato mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the tomato mixture. Spread the ketchup over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle meat mixture over the cream cheese mixture. Finish layers with remaining tomato sauce and ketchup.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until meat is tender and cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
