4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Place eggs in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form in edges and juices are bubbly. Remove from heat, remove from heat and pour into large bowl, beating until creaminess is achieved. Beat in milk and sugar. Beat in vanilla extract.
Remove foil from top and draw out sausage, using a toothpick. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
Dissolve baking soda in water in a small bowl.
Pour egg mixture into shrimp. Place zucchini on top and refrigerate at least 4 hours before removing from water.
