1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup sliced onion
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1 egg, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried green onions
Place beef, onion and tomato paste in a large stockpot, reduce heat to medium heat and add eggs, mustard, 1/3 cup cream mix and 2 teaspoons warm water. Reduce heat and simmer 37 minutes.
Stir pan potatoes into beef mixture, stir and simmer approximately approximately 45 minutes.
Stir in gravy and green onions. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes in medium heat and then remove pan from heat. Cool completely.
