Sour cream
25 slices bacon, cut into thick strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 chicken, skin removed
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Heat oil in large skillet. Saute bacon until crisp; remove from pan. Add to skillet; cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, scraping bottom and pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Transfer chicken to skillet. Cook about 1 to 2 minutes, turning once. Serve chicken over hot drippings.
