1 cup shortening
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream and butter flavored yogurt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Heat shortening in large skillet over medium heat. When melted, stir in sugar and eggs. Whisk until smooth. Add vanilla extract and flour; stir until just blended. Remove from heat. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Stuff the dough into a large resealable plastic bag ; fold in the whipped cream, sour cream, butter flavored yogurt and walnuts. Place on a serving dish.
Fill bread with filling mixture. Place on the prepared serving dish. In a small bowl, brush the filling mixture with the hot shortening. Immediately press the brown sugar onto the center of the frosting. Garnish with sliced almonds.
