2 teaspoons citrus zest
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon paprika
8 (8 ounce) packages dry mixed dried meat mix
In a small bowl, mix lime zest, sage, dill and paprika. Fluff dry bag of marinade a few times. Place mixture into a small container, sealed, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Mix mixed dried meat and meat in a large bowl.
