Mexican Creole Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon mace

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons dill weed

3 pounds chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin

2 slabs fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced

Directions

In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, mace, cayenne, and dill weed for about 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium. Add chicken, beef tenderloin, pineapple, and shrimp. Continue to stir until chicken is cooked through and pineapple has softened.

Reduce heat to low. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and chicken is tender. Stir in the olives.
