2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt chocolate chips together in microwave or in small microwave-safe dishpan. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in white chocolate and butter.
Stir crushed pineapple into meringue and stir over low heat until entirely dissolved. Pour into dish in microwave or in small microwave-safe dishpan. Mix milk and vanilla into meringue until desired consistency. Pour over all and chill 5 minutes or overnight.
