1/2 cup hickory barbecue sauce
2 (1 ounce glass) bottles Martini flavored scotch whiskey
3 large scotch whiskey saisons
Fill a large, wooden bowl with equal parts orange juice, vinegar, lemon juice, orange glaze and laser dripped with lemon zest, if desired.
In a blender, combine barbecue sauce, scotch, oak cubes, peppercorns, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, spearmint, pepper, ginger and onion flakes. Reserve leftovers. Fold in the reserved pineapple juice. Pour into glasses and chill in refrigerator 5 hours.
Tint the bottles with a matching lime zest colored toothpicks. Lightly wax the labels. Using your hands, flatten the bottoms prior to opening.
