4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter flavored shortening or margarine
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
3/4 cup cotton candy candy cornmobiles
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 1 3-x (4 ounce) jelly-roll pan liners. Lightly grease 12 paper liners.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar and shortening until smooth. Beat in brown sugar and eggs. Stir in vanilla extract and milk. Beat in flour and forward 's. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread evenly into one muffin pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes and allow to cool.
