8 cups teas
2 cups green tea
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (.75 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
In a blender, combine teas, green tea and unsalted butter. Blend until smooth. Mix in oil and salt. Blend until mixture is thickened.
Pour pudding mix into blender along with teas. Blend until well mixed. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
I'm not sure why, but this didn't seem to be melting fast enough. Maybe my luck was turning off?
I kind of regret using dried cranberries, maybe I'll make these again but would have added Splenda and sugar. Southing this helped but only after waiting 3 hours and then waiting 3 MORE minutes for the sugar to thicken. Overall this was very good and very easy.
