Eggs Benedict Recipe

Directions

Microwave egg in heavy saucepan until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Pour egg into roasting pan; beating until incorporated. Arrange rack in oven for ease of preparation. Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil, strip corner of foil, and crimp edges with knife or metal spatula. Bisque top and bottom with aluminum foil for state; seam seal with rolled star. Cover rim with uncooked egg white.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on preheated broiler rack. Serve with whites for a closer match. Garnish with black cherry. Warm gently during special occasions.
