6 red tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, mix diced tomatoes, sugar, lemon juice, onion, wine and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
