3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and oil together until blended. Stir flour and baking powder into egg mixture; stir egg mixture into oil mixture. Stir cocoa mixture into flour mixture. Stir chocolate syrup into milk mixture. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until one side is golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
