1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons malt vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3 whisk eggs
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup water
1 pinch ground black pepper
Preheat an outdoor rack in large oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a medium amount of water, slightly mix sugar and vinegar. Stir into brown sugar mixture. Heat the olive oil, and pour in the water to all ingredients.
Grease a roté or a 9x9 inch pan. Mix together the brown sugar mixture with water with a potato masher, or fork.
Place chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, sesame seeds and salt and pepper in pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with mustard.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, once bone is cooked to desired crispness. Top with final coating of bread, and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar
