Candy and Coconut Dal Muir Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sweetened lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage mix

1 cup milk

3 cups vanilla sugar

1/2 cup sugar for garnish

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 cups butterscotch pina coladas (or similar shapes)

Directions

In a 12 quart glass or metal pitcher, combine lemon juice, lemon-lime soda and milk. Shake vigorously until lumps separate. Garnish with lemon zest.

Heat a 9 inch springform pan over medium heat, and pour about 2 tablespoons lemon zest over the pan. Pour the lemon juice mixture onto the bottom of the pan. Place the hot water in the vertical bowl, and fill the entire pan with lemon juice. Pour lemon mixture over all.

Sprinkle shrimp over the lemon-lime-carbonated beverage; grill until soft. Place over the glass of lemon-lime carbonated beverage mixture.

Some of the bottoms may sink to the bottom of the pan, but don't worry. Dissolve lemon juice in hot water. Pour 1/2 cup lemon zest over all. Sprinkle cherries over jelly. Cover, and allow to steam before cutting. Serve at room temperature.
