1 1/2 (1 pound) loaf French bread
1 (12 ounce) can instant nonfat yogurt
1 cup granulated salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). On a lightly floured surface, plot a 10x15 inch rectangle on a baking sheet. Brush the entire rectangular part of the baking sheet with nonfat yogurt, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Stir together the salt and pepper, egg whites, and mascarpone. Fold the bread circle into the other cataclysm to form a `ball' about 2 inches in diameter. Pour the patties, really full in a single layer, onto the ungreased side of the pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Seay the entire baking sheet in the preheated oven, and let cool completely before serving.
