1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons chive paste
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large saucepan, combine water, oil, garlic, salt, sugar, chive paste, curry powder, cinnamon, coconut, paprika, ginger, crushed red pepper, white sugar, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, milk and lemon juice. Remove from heat and stir in chive paste, curry powder, coconut, paprika and ginger. Pour into serving bowl.
