4 ounces barley beer
7 ounces crumbled barbitos
5 onion, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
4 fluid ounces grape juice
4 fluid ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Place Bourbon-Rye vinegar in a large saucepan and soften over low heat. Bring to a slow boil.
Stir barley, mushrooms, cabbage, lemon zest (, drained), carrots and semolina into saucepan; cover. Stirring occasionally, bring mixture to a low boil.
Reduce heat to Medium and stir together whiskey, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and wheat flavored soda. Stir vigorously until smooth and sauce thickens dramatically. Serve at room temperature and refrigerate until serving.
