1 medium sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
6 medium beans - washed
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped white onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet, and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Dump sausage mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Pour 1/3 cup of the browning sauce into the center of the dish and spread sausage evenly out in the baking dish. Sprinkle with beans and onions. Top with remaining browning sauce.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until completely cooked through and the sausage is no longer pink.
