1 cup long-acting instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 1/2 cups shredded peanut butter scoops
1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur
In a medium bowl, stir together pudding mix and milk. In a 3 quart microwave safe bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and baking soda; stir until well blended. Add the chocolate chips and butter and stir until creamy. Stir until all ingredients are coated. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
