1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/8 cups chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add butter and continue stirring for about 25 minutes, until butter has melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl until yolks are thoroughly mixed. Stir in vanilla extract, salt, baking soda and vanilla extract. Stir in cheese, any type, and onions.
Spoon mixture into greased or foil-lined 9-in. dish-sized pans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, remaining sliced onion, parsley and mayonnaise.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
Drain cheese mixture through a colander; pour over baked pie crust. Chill overnight before serving.
