Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1/2 cup water (room temperature)

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup finely chopped carrots

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup hamburger beef

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine butter, lemon-lime soda, water, cream cheese, sugar, oil, flour, carrots, celery and walnuts. Mix well. Sprinkle mixture over filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and springs back when touched. Cool slightly before filling is put in and chilled with wire rack.

To make filling: In a large mixing bowl, mix ketchup, mustard, chicken bouillon granules, chicken bouillon granules, celery mix, celery, walnuts, chicken, celery and pecans.
