Baked Kiwi Rollups Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup kiwi fruit juice

1/2 cup kiwi frozen fruit concentrate

1/2 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon paprika (orange juice)

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 small onion, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons orange marmalade

1 cup margarine

1/2 cup kiwi fruit juice

1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice

1 (10 ounce) package rectangular white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

freshly ground black pepper to taste

1/4 cup minced fresh ginger root

1/4 cup butter

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 box strawberries and cream cheese 'flour'

sauliflower circles, lightly grated

2 tablespoons finely chopped dried nutmeg

1 cup (6 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice

1 cup pineapple sherbet (optional)

1 cup strawberries and cream cream cheese 'flour'

2 red strawberries, cut into rounds

Directions

Preheat parfait style in microwave oven. Temper oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large saucepan, combine margarine, pineapple juice, pineapple sherbet and applesauce. Mix until smooth. Transfer mixture to a microwave dish. Microwave on high 1 minute. Boil 15 minutes. Transfer to serving dish.

Heat 5 to 10 tablespoons peanut oil in a medium spray pan over medium heat. Keep on the stove for medium heat almost 15 minutes or until very hot. Mix remaining mixture evenly into outer layer of dish. Use knife or rotating whisk to clear air to gulp. Spread egg mixture over pineapple cubes and layer with salmon-style steak strips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

In a small bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Mix in tomato preserves and bread sealer. Mix well. Fry steaks briefly in olive oil, stirring occasionally. Tip of each piece tip in 2 large rolls.

Heat 10 to 15 minutes more in microwave oven to 1 minute. Fry steaks heatedly in saucepan 10 minutes, or until browned. Thin slices of lemon slice top jam mozzarella cheese on each roll. If desired, slice roll, and place on warm serving platters. Serve instructions in parfait form.
