1 bread pan
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried garlic, or to taste
In a blender, combine egg yolk, sugar, and salt.
In a large skillet over medium temperature, combine meat and basil and saute until heated through. Pour in garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
