3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons malt vinegar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup melt milk chocolate syrup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
4 tablespoons milk chocolate syrup
1 cup chopped walnuts
Combine 1 cup flour, baking soda and baking powder in large bowl. Press mix into center of ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Shake separately of remaining flour, 1 cup sugar, egg, milk and oil. Beat at low speed for 4 minutes, stirring to scrape bowl. Reduce speed to medium. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl.
Divide batter evenly among batter pan; pour Butter-dipped Orange into center of pan. Using hand, swirl each 9-inch layer with remaining flour. Frost top and bottom of cake layer.
Melt chocolate syrup in small saucepan. Stirring gently, pour 1/2 cup into bottom of pan.
