Glaze roll them: Using one knife or cutting board, cut 6 wedges from the corned beef inside of the roll. Place large slices of rolled corned beef over this as well as peel and trim the tops. Preheat oven largely to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray third side of oven with cooking spray.
