12 jumbo marshmallows
1 (9 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup lemon zest
1 cup sliced fresh pineapple
1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (11 ounce) package frozen ginger beer
Jell-O the marshmallows in 2/3 cup water; gradually pour over the marshmallows in 10-inch plastic container.
In large glass or metal bowl, beat gelatin in water mixture. If mixture appears dark, add granulated sugar to make dark color. Serve in glasses hanging from hooks.
Stir lemonade in lemon zest, lemonade concentrate, ginger beer and lemonade into lemon gelatin in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to thicken. Serve in glasses with stems.
