2 tablespoons olive oil
8 large cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 cup sliced pork
Heat olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add vinegar and onion powder; mix well. Combine balsamic vinegar, chicken, oregano, pepper and poultry seasoning; mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring occasionally for 1 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and simmer, encircling chicken with a plastic wrap, for 1 minute.
Remove plastic wrap and cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring gently. Remove chicken from heat; set aside.
After chicken has been placed in pot you can lift it out of pot and add water to cover. Bring to a boil over low heat. Cover heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and allow chicken to cool until all fat is removed. Cover pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove chicken and serve piping hot or chilled.
