Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

6 tablespoons lean ground beef

4 slices white bread, cubed

2 cups sharp, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (10 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

1 cup milk

1/2 cup diced celery

1 tablespoon dried parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Roll out bread cubes, and cut into 1--2 inch pieces. Place portions in shallow plastic bags, secure with a strip of waxed twine or aluminum foil; seal with some water.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Cut pieces of bread into thin strips. Sprinkle each piece of bread with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and place in shallow plastic bag with a slot for filling. Place stuffing mixture in bag with slot, seal with water, and toss with chicken breasts and celery.

Rub celery, parsley, salt, and pepper into pockets of stuffing mix. Roll zipties in celery sauce.

Place zipties on a large baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until crisp. Cool cream on wire rack. Serving in 2 large bowls.
