1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds beef chorizo sausage, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried tumeric
1 tablespoon chili powder
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic; saute until golden. Stir in sausage, parsley, sage, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and water.
Reduce heat to medium-low; add beef and chorizo. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until meat is browned and crumbled. Transfer beef to a large serving dish.
Reduce heat to low. Add vegetables and wine; heat through, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
