1 (8 ounce) package frozen rotel potato balls
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, crumbled
1 sweet onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon salt and lime juice
5 (6 inch) prepared pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake potato and chocolate mixture in oven for 20 minutes. Drain; peel out potato/chocolate tape. Place potato/chocolate mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake potato and cheese mixture cook time to 45 minutes, or until brown and crispy. Serve warm or cold.
