Chopped Creamy Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups peanut butter

2 tablespoons milk

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

1 cup water

2 eggs

2 cups vanilla frosting

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a large bowl, blend peanut butter and milk. Beat in the brown sugar, water, eggs, vanilla and brown sugar mixture until smooth. Spread the frosting into the top of a 9x13 inch pan. Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, preheat ovens to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8 inch square pans.

Bake sheets in preheated oven for 45 minutes, cover and let cool. Spread half of frosting over pan and refrigerate remaining frosting.

To serve, place chilled peanut butter frosting on top of peanut butter frosting and seal edges of frosting.
