1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and milk. Mix until smooth.
Beat butter or margarine into remaining milk mixture until smooth; pour into a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Brush with melted cheese.
