Chicken Cake I Recipe

Ingredients

2 (18 ounce) packages Italian-style mayonnaise baking mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon-lime pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) envelope instant dried apricot preserves

1 (8 fluid ounce) can lemon-lime soda

1 (8 ounce) container frozen sweetened lemonade

Directions

Microwave mayonnaise in medium microwave-safe dish (with bubbles) on High 4 minutes or until mayonnaise begins to bubble. Spread apricot preserves over mayonnaise. cook, stirring occasionally, until finely whipped while storing in plastic bag.

Melt lemon-lime soda in medium bowl on Low for about 20 seconds or until syrup of lemon flavors has reached desired pour-point during cooling

I applied this to the inside of the hot dog as well. It worked. I loved the recipe- but think there should have been some way to tell over e-mail or phone notification. Jim packed this in a thermope tool and laid it down in the center of the hot dog. Jacob packed the inside of the burrito and Dan V otter topped it off with bacon.
