2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Ingredients

1 cup whole milk

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 pound cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
