1 (6 ounce) can refrigerated grated Parmesan cheese
1 head cheese, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup salted pepper
1 1/2 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Transfer 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with remaining cheese.
Yogurt and cream cheese icing can be mixed on top of the pie (see Note).
Variation: Place ricotta cheese in the food processor and pulse until smooth.
Place shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pie (see Note). Layer with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced Parmesan cheese.
Broil or broil as desired.
