3 1/2 cups water
2 pounds chopped celery
3/8 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups crushed wheat
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
In a small saucepan, mix water, celery and oil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 1 hour.
Add wheat, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary and sage. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
