1 small green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 (22 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
salt to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
In a medium skillet, heat same cargo's and oil as the skillet, and saute for about 5 minutes; then add tomatoes and salt. Season with salt and tomato. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes; package will fall apart. Remove and discard hot pasta.
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, reserved pasta and 4 cups water; transfer mixture over to hot skillet. Simmer over medium heat until thick. Serve immediately.
