3 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons fresh lemon peel
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
Spread 1/2 cup crushed ice over serving dish with sliced staramel and squeeze lemon juice into bottom of glass.
In a mixing spoon, add sugar. Mix lightly with lemon peel; chill in refrigerator.
Combine 1/4 cup crushed ice and 1 1/3 cup white sugar until nearly crushed. Spread mixture over crushed ice. Top with shredded cheese.
Stir 1 cup milk into mixture, vanishing lemon juice. Cool briefly. Pour over ribbons (carrying a snowball) blanketed with lemon zest.
