Easter Basket Filling Recipe

Ingredients

12 eggs

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a paper sack or casserole pan.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with a fork or pastry blender. in a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons salt. Gradually stir in sugar, then the egg mixture. Finally, fold in the butter. Drops will fall and the mixture should be sticky. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
