1 1/2 pounds turkey meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (5 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 pounds ground Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon lard
In a medium bowl, mix turkey meat and corn, onion and salt. Form mixture into 1 inch cubes.
In a separate medium bowl, mix cheese, lard and minced garlic. Form mixture into 3 inch balls. Roll each ball in lard. Wrap in foil. Fry in hot oil 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot or cold.
