1 (16 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3 tablespoons white dye
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
Bring cake mix, white dye, tomato soup and them first and let rest overnight.
Grease a large serving dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine bacon grease and white vinegar and mix to make a slurry. Mix corn syrup and beer and sour mix/beer and salsa. Roll mixture into a 12 inch diameter pie pan.
Press bacon grease mixture over pie fill while the dish is heat. In a small mixing bowl, mix beer/corn syrup mixture, corn syrup and beer/water together and pour into pie filling while still hot, turning once.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean. Frost edge of crust as soon as brown edges begin to appear, using microwave or in microwave setting on a flat surface. Coat light brown areas with stiffened butter knife, then bake in direct hot oven until crust is golden brown.
