3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 eggs
2 teaspoons almond extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and eggs, blending well. Mix the almond extract, brown sugar, raisins, brown sugar, and nuts until well blended. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into the cookie sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool slightly on baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
