2 1/2 cups white sugar
2 1/2 cups cocoa
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
4 cups marshmallow creme
In a double boiler, heat sugar and cocoa together. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and pudding mix. Stir until smooth. Pour into six 7 2-xl plastic containers (including the freezer container) and freeze as needed.
If using the freezer container, place chocolate pudding in a saucepan with water to cover; bring to a boil. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour into the freezer containers and freeze as needed.
