Winter Cream Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can whole cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

6 eggs

3/4 cup butter, melted

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 tablespoons white sugar

4 cups milk

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 (15 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth. Beat cream cheese mixture with eggs and melted butter in medium bowl, beat in pudding mix, sugar, milk and vanilla extract until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until center of crust springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
