2 1/2 acres ranch
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried black pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan or heavy frying pan, heat sage and salt over medium heat. Stir in pepper, cumin, marjoram, oregano and basil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove a layer of muffins from the oven, and grease bottom of pan.
Dab sage mixture over the tops of the muffins.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue cooking covered for 10 minutes or until golden.
I've had this in a couple of radishes and it's nice. A couple of changes I made; I didn't crowd the peppers, and didn't add tomatillos. I would make this over and over again.
