Sweissball Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup white sugar

1/3 cup chopped onions

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups sour cream

3 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

3/4 cup milk

2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

fruit cocktail spice to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C). Combine eggs, cream, white sugar and onions; beat in sugar, vinegar, vanilla, salt and flour. Stir in sour cream and cinnamon. Pour mixture into 4 lightly greased 6-quart casserole dish.

In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, vinegar and vanilla extracts. In a large glass bowl, beat eggs and sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in sifted flour. Fold in 1/2 cup of the egg mixture at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Pour into dish and sprinkle top with green onions.

Mix together can of fruit cocktail, milk and confectioners' sugar; pour over creamed mixture. Stir in the remaining egg mixture

Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes."
