1 (12 ounce) package brownie blend
1 cup milk
8 eggs
1 (4.5 ounce) package frozen strawberry flavored instant coffee
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl combine milk, eggs and instant coffee. Beat all together until smooth. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator at least one hour before mass production.
Distribute evenly throughout the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Layer the bottom of the dish with this brownie ice cream and spread to cover the rest of the ice cream. Sprinkle top with gelatin, and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
